The process engineering group is responsible for development and integration of new processes in our factory as well as ongoing factory sustaining activities (defect reduction, etc.). Our internship program runs 3-4 months over the summer term and is project based, so the intern will likely be working on part of a process development/evaluation project, however, they will still gain exposure to the demands of a volume production environment.
