MSEI designs and manufactures various implantable medical devices with our core business being cardiac rhythm management (pacemakers, defibrillators, and monitors).  The process engineering group is responsible for development and integration of new processes in our factory as well as ongoing factory sustaining activities (defect reduction, etc.).  Our internship program runs 3-4 months over the summer term and is project based, so the intern will likely be working on part of a process development/evaluation project, however, they will still gain exposure to the demands of a volume production environment.

For the internship positions, we are primarily looking for a junior who is self-driven, with a strong technical skillset and sound problem solving approach.  They can apply to the “all discipline” intern posting below and also contact me directly with their resume.
