We’re Hiring For All Levels, From Entry To Managerial Positions, In The Following Areas Open Positions Equipment Engineers * Work within specialized equipment engineering teams, including lithography, etch, diffusion, implantation, chemical mechanical polishing, and thin films. * Learn and understand tool design to enhance equipment availability. * Maintain equipment stability and drive performance improvements. * Be willing to work in a 24/7 fab manufacturing environment. Process Engineers * Perform data analysis using Statistical Process Control (SPC), real-time monitoring, and other tools to ensure optimal process performance. * Collaborate across teams to solve line issues, transfer new technologies, and improve process quality, productivity, and cost. * Demonstrate flexibility when handling abnormal events and participating in meetings, including those scheduled in Asia time zones. Process Integration Engineers * Collaborate with process and equipment engineers to transfer new products and technologies from sister Fabs. * Support customers’ product prototyping and provide routine technical support. * Develop customized processes based on requests from customers. * Monitor Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT) and abnormal signals, execute corrective actions, and improve yield, stability, and defect reduction. Requirements To qualify, candidates must meet the following criteria: * Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in an engineering or scientific field such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Optics. * Have experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing fab environment.
