Open Positions
Equipment Engineers
-
Work within specialized equipment engineering teams, including lithography, etch, diffusion, implantation, chemical mechanical polishing, and thin films.
-
Learn and understand tool design to enhance equipment availability.
-
Maintain equipment stability and drive performance improvements.
-
Be willing to work in a 24/7 fab manufacturing environment.
Process Engineers
-
Perform data analysis using Statistical Process Control (SPC), real-time monitoring, and other tools to ensure optimal process performance.
-
Collaborate across teams to solve line issues, transfer new technologies, and improve process quality, productivity, and cost.
-
Demonstrate flexibility when handling abnormal events and participating in meetings, including those scheduled in Asia time zones.
Process Integration Engineers
-
Collaborate with process and equipment engineers to transfer new products and technologies from sister Fabs.
-
Support customers’ product prototyping and provide routine technical support.
-
Develop customized processes based on requests from customers.
-
Monitor Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT) and abnormal signals, execute corrective actions, and improve yield, stability, and defect reduction.
Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet the following criteria:
-
Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in an engineering or scientific field such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Optics.

Have experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing fab environment.

To be eligible for employment, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Agree to the completion of a background check and drug screening (excluding cannabis).

Entry-Level Positions: $78,000 – $110,840 per year

Senior-Level Positions: $88,672 – $133,008 per year

Principal-Level Positions: $102,314 – $163,702 per year

Technical Manager-Level Positions: $117,661 – $188,257 per year
