Position Summary The Cell Therapy Development & Operations Training & Learning team is seeking a proactive, technically minded, and collaborative co-op to support projects that standardize, stabilize, optimize , and simplify training across our Cell Therapy manufacturing and development sites. In this role, the candidate will work collaboratively across a fast-paced and complex Matrix organization, which includes Enterprise Learning, GPS learning, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and M anufacturing Sciences & Technology functions . Specifically the candidate will work in close partnership with colleagues from several functions to strategically address business needs and ensure that we deliver on our objective of demonstrating value to both customers and patients. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting project progress to sponsors and keeping project information up to date in appropriate project management tools, governance forums, and portfolio review forms. Travel to and from our global manufacturing sites may be expected up to 10% of the time . Any travel expenses related to work responsibilities will be reimbursed by the company. Key Responsibilities * Develop and present business cases for strategic manufacturing, quality, and QC training & learning initiatives that reduce COGM, associate door 2 floor time, and increase site-to-site and function-to-function flex agility * Executes a change management and communications strategy for new training & learning programs * Assess and implement new training tools and programs such as Augmented and Virtual Reality * Tracks training metrics and KPIs to measure learning effectiveness * Support cross functional Training & Learning operations tasks such as document control, learning management system administration, governance meeting facilitation, and standard calendar mai ntenance * Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience * Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. * Strong interest in cell therapy and biotechnology. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic understanding of cell therapy concepts and techniques is a plus. * Experience with creating slides and willingness to deliver presentations . * Strong analytical and problem - solving skills. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. * All candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
