Position Summary
The Cell Therapy Development & Operations Training & Learning team is seeking a proactive, technically minded, and collaborative co-op to support projects that standardize, stabilize, optimize , and simplify training across our Cell Therapy manufacturing
and development sites.
In this role, the candidate will work collaboratively across a fast-paced and complex Matrix organization, which includes Enterprise Learning, GPS learning, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and M anufacturing Sciences & Technology functions
. Specifically the candidate will work in close partnership with colleagues from several functions to strategically address business needs and ensure that we deliver on our objective of demonstrating value to both customers and patients. The candidate will
also be responsible for reporting project progress to sponsors and keeping project information up to date in appropriate project management tools, governance forums, and portfolio review forms.
Travel to and from our global manufacturing sites may be expected up to 10% of the time . Any travel expenses related to work responsibilities will be reimbursed by the company.
