Week 0 Special Robotics Seminar 9/29: What is this mysterious RGSA you speak of?

Roboticists, Welcome to another academic year. I’ll be sending out a more complete listing of the upcoming seminars shortly, but this week we’re going to use the seminar slot to (re-)introduce you to the Robotics Grad Student Association. The seminar has been put In Kelley this term, but we’re working to have it moved to somewhere closer. However, for Week 0, go ahead and make the trek to KEC 1001 at 10am. This seminar will be most useful for students new to the program, but please also show up if you’ve been here a while, so that you can meet the new cohort, introduce yourself, and share your wisdom cheers -- Bill What is this mysterious RGSA you speak of? RGSA Officers Abstract: Being a student is tough. Being a robotics student is tougher. Being a robotics student with no support is toughest. RGSA is here to help make it less tough. This seminar, we will introduce this year's RGSA board, discuss what RGSA is, along with its role in supporting the robotics grad students. We will also go over some initial event ideas for the coming quarter, conclude with a small tour of Graf for any new students.
