It was my fault. I adjusted the available hand-off days and didn’t tell everyone, thinking that there would be some awareness of the US national holiday today.
So far, we have myself, Bokure, and Tema who can make it this coming week on days other than Wednesday (the day I’m in court). Here’s the results view so far:

It would be wonderful if we could get at least one person from the Kenyan team this week. Even if we make a small start, it’s a start. So far, no one from the Kenyan team has indicated that they are available.

My plan for the first hand-off session is to walk through getting the job manager working on one’s local machine and go over some key parts of the code. Future sessions will handle deployment to the IBM Cloud
and some pair programming to fix bugs / implement new features.
Hopefully in roughly a couple weeks, say 7/20, I can hand operations off to the Kenyan team.
