At our meeting today, the question came up regarding data completeness. We are seeing a drop in the number of stations with complete data, and we were wondering why. One hypothesis is that this is the rainy season in E. Africa, so stations are receiving less solar radiation. Question for Victor/Gilbert/Bokure: Are we correct that the level of completeness is lower? Is decreased solar radiation for recharging batteries the cause? Or is there some other issue? --Tom Thomas G.
