Although we didn't discuss further reading in our last meeting, I think it will be reasonable to read Section 3.1: Forward Kinematics for our upcoming meeting. It deals primarily with applying our current understanding to a kinematic chain, and introduces the exponential map. Take a look, and we can discuss this and future reading on Thursday.
