[LRAM-reading] Reading Group Update

Hello all, After discussing with Dr. Hatton, we'll be starting off reading at a bit of a slower pace. This week, only read through section 1.1 in the book. We'll discuss it in our first meeting to get everyone started on the right foot. Once everyone fills out the when2meet, I'll communicate meeting details.
