Today, we introduced Geometric Mechanics with Hatton/Choset's Nonconservativity/Noncommutativity paper. Next week, we will be discussing Hatton et. al, Kinematic Cartography and the Efficiency of Viscous Swimming, which ought to be a natural continuation of the topics from today. Nathan has volunteered to lead the discussion next week!
