Subject: Faculty Award nominations - we need your help!

Greetings students,

I know you are all quite busy with the end of the term, but we have some pretty fantastic awards we are trying to get for some of the faculty in BEE. Oregon State University runs a few annual awards and we have two that we think are quite amazing in BEE!

We are nominating Khrystal for the OSU Academic Advising Award and already have a team of seniors working on the letter for this one. Thank you for all your hard work on that!!

We are nominating Scott Wright for the Faculty Teaching Excellence Award. I am looking for a few students who could work with other students in BEE to write a letter for Scott’s application package. If we were able to get a group from Senior Design and First Year Engineering we could have a very strong letter to support this application package. We are on a very short timeline for this considering the end of the term as I need these by April 1.

We are nominating Desiree Tullos for the Richard M. Bressler Senior Faculty Teaching Award and are looking for a group to lead the charge on a letter for her, as well. Same thing as above…we need this letter by April 1.

If you are able to assist in this process, please let me know as soon as possible so I can get you the materials needed to write the letter.
