Entry Level Engineer (ELE) Program. – Deadline Friday – April 22 NLT

This is a C200 rotational program for degreed engineers that consists of five rotations (6 months each) thru different codes within C200 and two rotations (3 months each) with C300/C900. Entry Level Engineers will be hired on at the GS 7 Step 10 level and subsequently promoted to GS 9 at the beginning of year two, GS 11 at the beginning of year three, ultimately finishing the program at the GS 12 level in a code within our Department. In addition to opening this opportunity to recent college graduates (Fall 2021, Spring 2022), we also want to extend it to degreed entry level engineers you may know across the waterfront. Please forward this email to candidates you feel would be a good addition to the SWRMC C200 ELE Program and the Department.

Application process – Questions: Peng Lee | SWRMC Mechanical Engineer (Code 264) | SWRMC ELE/NADP Manager | peng.lee@navy.mil

If interested, submit your 1) Resume, 2) College unofficial transcripts and 3) Responses to the following questions (150-250 words each) to SWRMC_C200_ELE.FCT@NAVY.MIL by FRIDAY.

1. Describe a project or idea (not necessarily your own) that was implemented, or carried out successfully primarily because of your efforts.

2. How do you maintain self-motivation when you experience a setback on the way to achieve your goal?
