Greetings EECS Students, The EECS Student Experience Storycorps Archive Project (SESAP) is seeking students who would be willing to spend 30 min of their time to tell the story of their experience in the EECS program at OSU. We are specifically looking for students who identify themselves as belonging to historically underserved communities in engineering education on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, first-generation status, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability. To participate in this study, you will either a)be recorded responding to a few interview prompts about your experience or b)choose to submit your response in writing. For those who agree to have their responses recorded, the recording will be included in the Storycorps collection on the OSU Library website. Either way, your response will be used to document and raise awareness for engineering education and industry leaders about what is needed to best support the success and empowerment of EECS students from historically underserved communities. Auto-ethnography authorship: In addition, the research portion of this study is an "auto-ethnography." This means as a participant you will have an option to be listed as a co-author on a published paper. (You can also choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.) If you are interested, please view the consent form and sign up to participate here.<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Foregonstate.qualtrics.com%2Fjfe%2Fform%2FSV_bvygJKAQQ312QIK&data=05%7C01%7Ceecs-ungrads%40engr.oregonstate.edu%7Cb494585e0972483aea5a08db203b9619%7Cce6d05e13c5e4d6287a84c4a2713c113%7C0%7C0%7C638139212506312587%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=H1x5UsjlshqJVNHu%2F9UtX55QPd3k1zl0gPkjK62wgFE%3D&reserved=0> Thank you for considering contributing your story.
