IMPORTANT SUMMER TERM DEADLINES We have listed some important deadlines for the Summer term, Session 3 (all CoE classes take place during the Session 3 schedule). You can find an entire list of important deadlines by accessing the online Academic Calendar<https://registrar.oregonstate.edu/osu-academic-calendar/> (be sure to check session deadlines for Bacc Core, Math, and Physics as these may not be in Session 3). All submission deadlines are due by 11:55pm, Pacific Time. Classes for Summer Session 3 Begin 06/20/2022 Last day to drop a course in Summer Session 3 and receive a 100% tuition refund (no W grade entered on transcript) 06/23/2022 Last day to add a class online 06/29/2022 Last day to Withdraw from a course and receive a 50% tuition refund (W grade entered on transcript.) 07/05/2022 Last day to Withdraw from a course (W grade entered on transcript, no refund) 07/27/2022 Classes for Summer Session 3 End 08/12/2022 THINKING ABOUT WITHDRAWING FROM A COURSE OR TERM? 1. Please carefully go through the Drop/Withdraw from a course<https://registrar.oregonstate.edu/dropwithdraw-course> information. 2. Please contact your advisor at your earliest convenience. We need to go through the policy with you, and to make sure you know what your next steps are. Be aware that deadlines may fall on a Sunday, you will need to contact your advisor by 12pm on the Friday prior to the deadline. 3. If you are asked to fill out a withdrawal from term survey while dropping a course, please fill out the survey. 4. Are you graduating this term? Congrats! You do not have to apply for graduation any more, but please check in with your primary advisor and be on the lookout for any emails from the graduation office. 5.
