Hello EECS,

As we complete Week 2 of the term, we wanted to remind you of the following deadlines. If you are enrolled in a 5 week course, please check the academic calendar for all deadlines.

The last day to add a course with departmental approval is January 16th by 11:55pm Pacific Time.

The last day to withdraw with a 50% tuition refund is January 23rd.  Any withdrawals made after 11:55pm Pacific Time on January 23rd will result in a 0% tuition refund.

The last day to change the grading basis of a course is February 18th by 12pm. As a reminder, courses that are needed for your major are not eligible for change of grade.  Major courses must be completed with a letter grade.

The last day to withdraw from a course with no refund is February 18th.

The last day to withdraw from the term is March 11th.

International students who would like to take less than 12 credits or have questions regarding student visa status need to contact the Office of International Services.
