Thank you for your inquiry regarding registering for CS 162 in the Fall 2021 term.  Your initial advising was correct that CS 161 will no longer be available after Summer 2021.  Instead the prerequisite for CS 162 after the summer will be ENGR 103.  The Ecampus schedule of classes for the Fall term will not reflect that change at this time as it is undergoing an update.

In looking at your transfer courses you do not have an equivalent course to CS 161/ENGR 103 so are not able to register for CS 162 for the Fall 2021 term.
