WestRock Longview mill is hiring full-time shift supervisors. WestRock Paper and Packaging produces lightweight, multiwall and specialty Kraft papers for an established domestic and global customer base. The company also produces containerboard and corrugated boxes. WestRock operates as a large East and West Coast presence. Our pulp and paper mill, located in Longview, Washington, is one of the highest-capacity and most diverse paper mills in North America. We manufacture more than 70 grades of Kraft paper and containerboard and supply a broad range of corrugated packaging and solid fiber slip sheets. We supply our products to 35 countries worldwide, and that's just out of our Longview locale! This is an entry-level operations position. As with our process engineering & process control roles, process understanding and expertise is foundational for this role. Troubleshooting and leadership capabilities are also critical.
