Your Role at Lazarus 3D: In this role, you perform assigned tasks to create customized anatomical models, which include both soft and hard parts. This includes assembling components into finished customized models. Technicians work with standard laboratory equipment and hand tools. Essential Job Functions: * Support our vision and mission: To improve patient surgical outcomes. * Proactively promotes a positive culture and commitment to customer success. * Comply with Lazarus 3D's Quality System. * Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager. * Embrace company core values. * Communicate clearly and effectively, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Conduct and assist in setting up operations in the production center. * Perform tasks as assigned, maintain a clean area, and ensure adherence to all quality policies for on-time delivery of high-quality parts. * Adapt to various duties in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment. * Perform skilled fitting of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units. * Provide clear, contemporaneous documentation, including verifying parameters, equipment calibration and recording events. * Work collaboratively in a professional, respectful, and positive team environment. * Commit to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. * Meet productivity targets, maintain a clean area, and ensure adherence to all quality policies for on-time delivery of high-quality parts.
