In this position, you will need to work effectively as part of a team responsible for furthering the frontier of cell therapies. This will
require the application of technical and strategic expertise in science, engineering, and process knowledge to support the production of licensed therapies and pipeline products, as well as enable new technologies.

You will learn various cell culture techniques, including feeding, freezing, thawing, and harvesting, using proper
aseptic techniques as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
·
You will execute a hands-on study in the MSAT lab to support process understanding and improve operations on the
floor
·
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Process Development, Analytical Development, and Manufacturing teams
to design and execute the experiment and interpret the data.
·
You will draft a study report and communicate the final results to the project stakeholders.
·
You will participate in team meetings and shadow on-the-floor manufacturing activities.
·
You will support MSAT data management and documentation.
