This is on onsite position located in Hillsboro, OR. The Entry-Level Process Engineer (Litho) will work closely with other engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure robust manufacturing processes are established and maintained. This position will provide process engineering support for existing and new products including process problem-solving, yield improvement, process monitoring, and cost reduction. We are looking for a new graduate who will be trained on the job by our experienced engineers! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Development, characterization and sustaining of photo processes on ASML and DNS/TEL tools in 8-inch fab * Undertake process porting and optimization to improve capacity, defect density and yield * Lead continuous improvement teams to reduce cost of unit processes, and to improve tool throughput, matching performance and availability * Use and maintain metrology tool, such as CD and Overlay measurements, defect scan and review tool, for photo process characterization and sustaining. * Support manufacturing (i.e. spec updates, SPC control, new product introduction and subsequent production ramp) * Display strong ownership for important photo tools and maintain the good performance PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly required to sit or stand and move about the facility. Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes and odors.
