All college of engineering students welcome
Companies will have the opportunity to interact with students in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
At this event, each company will have five minutes to introduce themselves and to provide an overview of the company’s mission, support systems for employees from marginalized identities, current
hiring opportunities, etc.
After the introductions, company representatives will participate in a short, facilitated panel where they will be asked questions around identity, community, resilience, etc. Afterwards, employers
will move to individual rooms for small group discussions. Students will be able to move freely to different rooms so that they can engage with different employers more closely.

OSU Job Shadow Program is open! Apply before May 5th
Want to get a real-life look at a career you're interested in? Apply for the Job Shadow Program, where OSU students can explore potential career paths by shadowing
someone in their place of work. The Career Development Center facilitates matches between students and working professionals, giving students the chance to gain realistic insights into the industry they're interested in exploring. Most job shadows last one
or two days, and many offer both in-person and virtual options.
What is a Job Shadow?
Your chance to get matched with a working professional for an inside look at a career you are interested in !
What you’ll do:
Shadow someone at their workplace for a day, either in person or virtually, during summer 2025.
Job Shadow Timeline:
March 1 – May 3: Student application period
May 6 - 10: Matching week
May 10 - 13: Hosts and students are notified
May 20 - 24: Orientation sessions
June 17 – July 5: Job Shadows take place
