The cell culture process development intern will be trained to assist in the basics of biologics process development and manufacture and contribute to on-going
data analysis as it relates to process scale up and platform process implementation. Lab activities may include media/feed preparation, execution of cell culture seed train in shake flasks, bioreactor set-up (ambr15, ambr250, 3L, 50L and 200L), execution of
production process via sampling & feeding, execution of cell culture harvest process, data entry and data analysis. Data and results will be documented in an electronic laboratory notebook and may be incorporated into summary slide presentations or summary
reports.
