We are pleased to announce that construction has started at the Oregon State University Agrivoltaics Research Center, with Dr. Chad Higgins (BEE), located at the North Willamette Research and Extension Center in Aurora, OR. 

You are invited to a small groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, October 11th at 4pm. Please see the attached invitation for more details, and RSVP to info@oregoncleanpower.coop by Thursday, October 6th. 

A ribbon cutting ceremony will follow in Spring 2023.

Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, is located within the traditional homelands of the Marys River or Ampinefu Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855, Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
