Greetings,
On Tuesday, May 9, 2024, we will hold our annual Spring Banquet, where we honor our students and present our scholarship awards. We will meet in the Memorial Union Horizon Room. The department will provide appetizers, dinner, and dessert for all of our guests.
As part of the evening's program, we will introduce our new graduate students and graduating students, as well as present scholarships to awardees. Currently, we have over 20 graduate students advised by our faculty and enrollment in our undergraduate program is over 100. We look forward to this event every year and appreciate the opportunity this gives us to acknowledge the contributions and achievements of our students.
We will begin to gather at 5:30 pm for appetizers and casual visiting. Dinner will be served at approximately 6 pm. Please let us know if you will attend this year's event by the end of the day on Monday, April 21st, as we must provide a final count to the caterer.
