Hello everyone, I will be teaching Information Theory class (ECE 566) this Winter term. If you're interested in the theories and the foundational connections across different disciplines from communications and compression to machine learning and statistics, and more, then you should register for ECE566. I'll also offer the second course (ECE 599) in the Information Theory series in the Spring term that cover even more interesting/foundational stuffs.
